Forest resources management and control system. Optimal balance between forest growth and felling

HOW DOES S.FOR WORK

High-resolution satellite images
Satellite images allow tree species to be identified based on their ecological and spatial characteristics, while allometry provides data on tree height, age, and biomass for a given stand of trees.
Aerial laser scanning
Accurate data on the location, height and species of individual trees and forest plots. Obtaining accurate data on the species and assortment composition for the growing forest.

S.FOR INVENTORY

Marking of the forest with a barcode
A bar-coded plastic tag, hammered in a round wood, is the main element in accounting.
Transporting and Sale

All information about the transported wood is encrypted in the QR code. Round wood can be marketed directly from the felling area, with the delivery note being printed out on a mobile printer.

S.FOR TRACKING

Police
The most effective way to control the legality of forest is to check it at the time of its transfer from the felling area to the buyer or for processing.
Certificate of origin for wood
Automatically generates a certificate of origin for lumber and wood products. The available certificate is a guarantee of the legality and transparency of the supply chain of lumber and wood products for buyers.
Early detection of forest fires
Fire detection at an early stage. Determination of ignition coordinates. Automatic formation of alarm signals. Control of fire extinguishing means and equipment.

S.FOR CONTROL

S.FOR PROCESSING

Recycling
With once click, it allows to receive wood into the warehouse of a roundwood processing enterprise, with data and documents being automatically uploaded to the enterprise’s CRM and accounting system. Volume, grade and quality control. Confirmation of a legal supply chain.

Effective and responsible management of the city’s green spaces.
For city councils, utilities, and contractors

TECHNICAL ASPECTS

GreenSpaces manages all elements of green zones in the spatial database. These elements can be linked to work, problems, tree sustainability assessments, and inspections,
as well as documents and photos, and assessments of these elements.

Different types of tags can be used to identify elements and monitor all activities in green areas.
For trees, furniture, and sports equipment, GreenSpaces provides procedures that will record inspections and operations without the possibility of changing the data in the future.

All data can reflect the user’s needs, depending on their functional responsibilities or access rights.

1. UNIFIED DATABASE

All information about land plots and their elements can be viewed in real time by all interested parties with appropriate access.

2. DATA EXCHANGE

The work calendar for each site is provided to contractors and administrative authorities in the form of a detailed list of tasks or Anta diagram. Everyone sees activities within their area of responsibility.

3. LICENSE OR SERVICE

GreenSpaces is available both as a license and as a service with an annual rate for use. Contract for support and maintenance of the guarantor of updating to the latest version of the program.

4. PLANNING

Works, tree evaluation, and inspections can be scheduled and awarded to different users. Automatic processes allow to program follow-up activities according to the results of inspections.

5. OFFLINE

Working directly on the site, information will be updated via the mobile app, without Internet connection.

6. IMPORT AND EXPORT

GreenSpaces allows authorized users to export and import inventory data in various formats used by databases for green objects.
